About Paul Dentith, LLB Hons
Paul Dentith first entered the legal profession, in 1982, whilst working
for a busy firm of solicitors in the east end of London. Having spent
five years involved in the areas of Criminal Defence and Matrimonial law,
he moved to a firm of Solicitors in Grays, Essex, where he took control
of the Crown Court Defence Department. He joined Henry Milner & Company
in 1990.
Paul Dentith deals exclusively with the defence of all types of Criminal
Cases, both everyday cases and complex fraud cases. In the last few years,
he has dealt with a variety of cases including Murder cases, Assaults
(at all levels), Money Laundering, Credit Card Fraud, Mortgage Fraud,
Duty Evasion (including cases in the Court of Appeal associated to the
Villiers Appeal), Kidnapping, Drug Trafficking and Conspiracies to Import
Drugs, together with the associated financial investigations, which flow
from serious prosecutions.
Over his 20 years experience he has forged firm links with many of the
leading sets of chambers, with access to strong, principled and powerful
defence barristers, with whom he has a close working relationship.
Approachable, prepared to make sure clients understand their case and
what efforts are being made on their behalf. Determined to make sure the
best defence case is presented for the client and to see the case through
to its conclusion.
